It was created in 2013 as a result of a merger between two leading organizations in the field – Det Norske Veritas (Norway) and Germanischer Lloyd (Germany).

DNV GL is the world’s largest classification society for vessels and mobile offshore units.  The organization is also a reference in renewable, alternative and conventional energy. It is the world’s largest technical consultancy to onshore and offshore wind, wave, tidal, and solar industries, as well as the global oil & gas industry – 65% of the world’s offshore pipelines are designed and installed to DNV GL’s technical standards.

Aimecs is certified to the standards of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 & AS/NZS 4801:2001.
The Management system is designed to meet the requirements of PAS99:2012.

New Zealand Pacific Business Council

The NZ Pacific Business Council’s objective is to promote and facilitate two way trade between NZ and the 26 Pacific Island nations of Polynesia, Melanesia and Micronesia. Formed in March 2005, the NZPBC has developed associations with businesses  in NZ and the Pacific Islands, as well as engaging with Government and NGO’s to improve trade and economic outcomes in the region

Secondary level – Our business has adopted and demonstrates good standards of workplace health and safety practice. We will now work towards Tertiary level demonstrating that we operate a continuous improvement framework for workplace health and safety management.

Site Safe

Site Safe operates as a national not-for-profit membership organisation with extensive connections through our members, strategic partnerships and a strong relationship with industry groups. Its nationwide team is dedicated, experienced and passionate about what they do.

Since it was formed in 1999, Site Safe has been influential in creating a positive change in the health & safety culture of New Zealand’s construction industry, its overarching goal is for the industry to be proud to be safe and to reduce injury and harm.

SiteWise – Green Status

SiteWise is a prequalification system that grades a contractor’s health & safety capability and publishes that grade in a database that can be viewed by main contractor’s and principal organisations. This allows for better contractor selection and an easier tendering process for everyone involved.
