Aimecs fabricates and installs pipework for pump stations and outfalls to the engineer’s requirement. We work in compliance with Civil Engineering industry standards, e.g. New-Zealand Building Code, Watercare requirements and NZS 3404 (Steel Structures Standard).
We own the only set of semi-automatic orbital welders in the south hemisphere and have been successfully using them to provide high quality welding on key projects.
Our fleet of vehicles is set up with mobile generator welders and gas cutting sets so we can travel to your site at short notice to complete urgent or routine on-site welding work.
We have a team of welders and fabricators ready to join your team. Our tradesmen are ticketed to cover AS/NZ ISO 1554 welding requirements.
Aimecs Engineering can modify or manufacture buckets, augers, beaks & attachments to suit your gear’s requirements. We can also produce certified lifting & tiedown equipment.
We have carried out repairs to a range of attachments both in the workshop and on site. We have produced wailers and piling equipment, and have the capability to supply and install certified ROPS for earthmoving equipment
