UNIQUE: Aimecs has invested in the next generation of pipe welding gear, putting us ahead of all completion in the Austral-Asian Region.

FAST: The unit is pre-programmed with the pipe specific welding profile, which allows optimized travelling speed and a seriously reduced welding time compared to manual welding.

QUALITY: All welding parameters are pre-set and can be be recorded for each individual weld, avoiding operator’s error and giving a close to 100% inspection pass rate.

CONSISTENCY: The welding profile is defined and tested prior to starting the job, ensuring that all welds will have the same high quality.

COST EFFECTIVE: Automated controlled welding means the torch tip is precisely positioned which allows a reduced gap, reduced bevel and overall reduced amount of consumables used.
