Install 28 sole plates in the basement leveled to 1.9mm tolerance.
112 chemset studs in core drilled holes.
30mm of non shrink flowable grout under the sole plates.
Install the rails on top of the sole plates to be carefully aligned to a 1mm tolerance
Each rail spliced in the middle.
