To extend the life of a 20 tonne bucket we had to normalize the existing blade with heat treatment, drill through the existing grade 500 edge and install the new blade, making sure there were no gaps between the new and existing one.
We also upgraded a digger bucket by installing hooks to enable it to be used for lifting and pulling.
