Strengthening existing buildings to achieve a higher performance in earthquakes is an everyday task for structural engineers in New Zealand.
Late September 2019 we started with the installation of steel structures for seismic strengthening for a private car park building in CBD.
Installation without disruption to normal commercial activities was possible thanks to our team available 24/7.
So far we completed the installation in ground floor and first floor. The second and last floor is scheduled to be completed by the end of November.
