After many years working in the Royal New Zealand Navy, and as General Manager and Business Consultant for large NZ companies, Graham joined Aimecs as Managing Director in 2020. Skilled in Leadership, Operational Management, HR & ISO implementation, Graham deploys these across the teams and also guides them to higher golf handicaps.
He works closely with all Managers to ensure deliverability of all projects and ensures staff & clients have a great experience with Aimecs.
