M/V Carmen suffered severe damages to her loading ramp.
We attended and repaired on time and to class satisfaction.
We replaced 160 meters of oily water bilge pipe due to corrosion.
This was done over a 3 weeks period with a 100% pass test
Removal of cargo crane jib
Crop and replace of damaged sections
Reinstatement / rigging, load testing & class NK certification
Replaced corroded mild steel freshwater pipework with 316L stainless steel and fittings for MY Asteria
HFO purifiers non-operation causing vessel Maersk Innoshima to return to port.

The project works included:
- Completion of pipe works in ballast tanks and double bottom.
- Cropping and replacing 600 NB pipe carbon steel in a confined space.
- Replacing a 9x3m hull plate section with internal structure
Conversion of void spaces in ballast tanks
Fabrication and installation of 400 NB pipes
The project works comprised of installing an A Frame to the vessels back deck as part of the vessel’s conversion from cable repairer to cable layer.
